At the time of the course we were in the process of erecting the compressed earth brick walls of our teaching space. We had many challenges with volume due to the noise of constructions and farm work. Volume and projection were often complained about during presentations. I put a strong focus on being clear and insuring that I would be heard which seemed to have a positive effect overall.
